Unwashed or unused items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To return an item, please call Customer Service at: 1.408.615.1894 for a Returns Approval code. Then follow the instructions on the packing invoice enclosed with your order, insure the package and mail it to:

Silk Comforter-1 Year Warranty

Silk Comfort® comforters are tested to withstand normal wear and tear and are fully guaranteed. We will repair or replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to our instructions, for up to 1 year from date of purchase. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper use, cleaning, neglect, fire, theft, or non-household commercial use.

If you have a warranty claim, please call Customer Service at: 1.408.615.1894 for a Claims Approval code. Then pack the comforter securely in its original packaging (whenever possible), insure the package and mail it to our Returns department. Please note, returns must be shipped prepaid, we cannot accept COD charges. For your protection, we recommend using a package delivery service such as FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post that is able to track and insure your package.

Retaining the following will be helpful, should repair or returns be necessary:

  • Product tags and proof of purchase
  • Product packaging
  • Product carton, which can be collapsed for storage
