In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of unwashed and unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, and refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
To return an item, please call Customer Service at 1.408.615.1894 for a Returns Approval code. Then follow the instructions on the packing invoice enclosed with your order, insure the package and mail it to the address in the instructions.
