If I send a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
No. Your recipient will receive a special gift receipt that lists the items, but not their prices. That way, your recipient can return or exchange his or her gift if necessary.
Can gifts be returned?
We want you to love what you ordered. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unwashed and unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus shipping costs.
Simply follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order, insure the package, and mail it to our Returns department.
